Please note that we require 48 hours notice to change or amend an appointment. Multiple missed or late cancelled appointments will result in us no longer being able to offer further appointments under the NHS.
We request a deposit to secure private appointments, and this can be paid easily over the phone or in person. This to help is ensure that appointment times do not go vacant, making it easier for you to book an appointment at a time that suits you. If you need to change your appointment, deposits paid can be refunded back to you, or kept for future bookings, provided that 48 hours notice has been provided. Deposits will be retained at a rate of £1/minute for failed or late cancelled appointments.

New Patient Examination: £60
Hygiene Visit: £60
Emergency Appointment: £60 – £120 (depending on the problem)
If you book an emergency appointment, our online booking portal will request an initial payment of £60. Please note that there may be further payment to make on the day depending on the treatment that you require. Your dentist will be able to give you further information.
Please note that all the above appointments are booked for 30 minutes. Your dentist will advise you if more time is needed. To make the most out of your appointment, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time and ensure you have the following:
- Your GP details.
- A full list of any medications that you take and medical conditions that apply to you.
