Our Talented Dentists

Dr Rishi Nagaria – Principal Dentist (GDC 194317)

Rishi qualified from Bart’s and the London, Queen Mary’s University in 2010. He then went on to complete vocational training, followed by working as a senior house officer at King’s College Hospital.

Since then, Rishi has been based in general practice, working in both NHS and private practice, including The Ivy Clinic, Teddington.

He has his wife Shivani have recently taken over the management of W9 Dental Health and hope to continue to provide you and your families with the highest quality dental care.

Rishi has completed numerous courses on minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry, and his main passion is to improve smiles without the need for drastic treatment. His favourite treatments include white fillings and straightening teeth with clear aligners and fixed braces.

He also provides facial aesthetic treatment, including the use of wrinkle reducing injections to give younger looking skin.

Dr Shivani Shah  – Principal Dentist (GDC 210529)

Shivani qualified as a dentist from Birmingham University in 2011. She completed her vocational training with the Oxford Deanery, following which she held a position as a senior house officer at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham. There she worked primarily with the maxillofacial surgery team.  During this period she gained her Membership (Faculty of Dental Surgery) of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. She has worked in general practice since, and is skilled to provide a range of comprehensive treatments.  She understands how important your smile is and with her caring nature is able to listen to your concerns and give you your confidence back.

Her passion has led her to complete a postgraduate course in aesthetic and restorative dentistry.  Alongside this her interests broaden to facial aesthetics, where she has gained knowledge and training in providing anti-ageing and anti-wrinkle treatments.

Shivani enjoys keeping fit and going to the gym, long walks in the Lake District and has a love for food!

Dr Adarsh Patel (GDC 141197)

Adarsh qualified from Bristol University in 2007 and has gained a great deal of experience since, providing both NHS and private treatments. Adarsh always strives towards further education having completed the yearlong cosmetic and aesthetic restorative dentistry course by the well renowned Dr Chris Orr. Adarsh enjoys all aspect of restorative dentistry, is a certified Invisalign provider and has a gentle and kind approach.

In his spare time Adarsh enjoys travelling, a round of golf and a spot of cooking.

Dr Yuhong He (GDC 296344)

Yuhong qualified from the University of Birmingham, having also obtained a first-class-honours Bachelor of Science degree from Kings College London in Philosophy.

Yuhong strives to deliver high-standard clinical dentistry using the most up-to-date techniques and technology. Her ethos is health-driven and she is passionate about improving the patient’s confidence through aesthetic treatments that are minimally invasive. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in root canal treatment, aesthetic treatment such as composite bonding, veneers and bridges, as well as treatments aiming to restore the health of teeth through white filings and ceramic crowns. Yuhong takes pride in her attention to detail, her eye for aesthetics, as well as her analytical skills, which not only help her to deliver clinical results, but also enable her to understand patients’ concerns and wishes. She enjoys getting to know her patients and making nervous patients look forward to their dental visits. When Yuhong is not treating patients, she can be found running in parks, visiting art galleries, and playing the piano.

Dr Minal Amlani (GDC 194065)

Minal’s career started out as a Biomedical scientist and qualified from Westminster University with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences in 2005. She worked in the field for 5 years and then and trained in Dentistry at Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry, qualifying in 2010 with a first class honours degree. Since graduation she has worked closely with experienced facial surgeons in hospital and with special needs adults and children in community dental care. This experience has helped Minal to learn techniques to deliver painless anaesthetic injections and treat nervous adults and children. She then completed MJDF diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Minal has trained in the provision of dental implants and uses her surgical experience to ensure the best quality of care and completed the renowned SAAD course in Dental sedation. This can help nervous patients and those having complicated treatment such as implants to have a calm and stress free dental experience.

Her current special interest is facial aesthetics and she has done numerous training courses to provide the full range of Botox and dermal filler treatments in the face. She is undergoing a masters degree in Aesthetic Medicine now and this is due for completion in 2019.

Minal is passionate about advanced learning to keep with latest techniques and attends numerous exhibitions and training courses to cover more than 100 hours of professional continuous development in a year.

Dr Ali Hashemizadeh (GDC 301847)

Ali graduated from Newcastle Dental School having been awarded the Nick Jackson prize for the best clinical performance in paediatric dentistry.

His dedication to thorough communication enables him to educate his patients effectively, whether in Farsi or English. By adopting a patient-centred approach to treatment, Ali ensures that even the most anxious patients feel at ease.

Ali’s enjoys practicing general dentistry, with a specific passion for adhesive/restorative dentistry and endodontics. He has dedicated himself to pursuing advanced training, actively seeking opportunities to enhance his abilities in adhesive dentistry.

In his spare time, Ali enjoys a range of sports and reading.

Dr Reham Abbas (GDC 289978)

Reham qualified from the University of Bristol and went on to complete her vocational training with the London deanery. She has been gaining a vast experience since, in providing both NHS and private treatments.

She always strives to provide her patients with the best quality of care and therefore is passionate about further education. She has gone on to gain knowledge and training to provide Invisalign.

Reham enjoys practicing general dentistry with a specific interest in restorative dentistry. She has a very calm, understanding and approachable manner and makes patients feel at ease, despite how nervous they may be!

Alisha Mistry (GDC 285744)

Alisha qualified from the Eastman Dental Hospital, University College London, with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy. Whilst undertaking her diploma, Alisha was able to treat patients from simple to complex periodontal needs.

Alisha loves putting a smile on people’s faces and is a warm and welcoming clinician with a friendly manner, making it easy for first time or nervous patients to feel at ease.

Away from dentistry, Alisha enjoys being creative through painting, drawing and cooking. She loves spending time with her family and friends and has an outgoing personality.
